Hi!  My name is Traci Howard, I am a certified wedding and event planner and the owner of Jane Carol Events.  “Jane” is my mother’s middle name.  She always wanted me to be a party planner. “Carol” is my middle name that I share with my father.

 

When I first started planning weddings and events I really thought it was all about creating a beautiful design for the wedding and finding vendors within the wedding budget. Over time I have come to realize those things are important, but the most valuable thing that I do as a wedding planner is to make the planning process fun and relaxed for you, the bride. I do the planning, budgeting and coordinating so that you get to focus on the exciting parts of designing your wedding, like tasting cake flavors, trying on gorgeous wedding gowns, and selecting the perfect invitation.

 

My job is to make sure that the wedding day and entire planning experience is stress-free and exactly as you’ve imagined it. I begin by creating a wedding budget that works for you. I love getting a great deal and work hard to make sure you get the most for your money.


Then I recommend vendors that I trust. These are people that I have a history of working with on events and have consistently provided amazing service. They also offer discounts or complimentary upgrades to you, to work within your budget.

 

You will be busy enjoying your engagement parties or wedding showers, looking through wedding magazines or Pinterest for ideas, and planning your honeymoon. I will be busy with coordinating the planning and details throughout the process.

 

There are few things in life that I enjoy more than being a part of a wedding day. It brings a smile to my face and warmth to my heart knowing that I’ve helped create a beautiful wedding for my brides, grooms, and their families.

My background and education are in business management, computers, and marketing. I have a BS in Business Management and in Marketing from UOP and certification in wedding and event planning. Working with people and creating timelines and organization is my passion.
